700 billion dollars bail out

He is one thing that I think the whole world has been watching about the US bailing out banks and other companies to help the US Economy. I have been thinking, is this going to help improve the call center industry in the Philippines or is it going to make it worse. The good thing over the last month the dollar had made some what of a bounce back but all of a sudden it stopped around 47 PHP to 1dollar and I though with this bail out happening it would go up.

No matter what outsourcing is always going to be more cost affecftive then hiring in the US but still there could be a chance that you could see a drop.
