ACS did not lay off 900 agents?

I totally disagree…I was once one of those call center agent…and believe me, they fire people everyday…just to make sure that they get the cheap labor they always wanted.

If you wanted to have a call center carrer, I suggest that you apply for SKYPE or E-telecare. At lease they will give some insentives to they’re employees.

Don’t every try and apply to ACS…I believe that it is more than 900 people they laid off. They don’t even give me a chance…I got lay off for no reason what so ever. I am now currently at E-Telecare, I am at my 2 month.

no wonder you were laid off. just read your comment, you are grammatically incorrect and you cannot even spell simple words. its a miracle that you are in your 2nd month @ etel. if your skill today is exactly the same as the day you wrote your comment here then im betting my year’s salary that etel wont keep your employment for longer than 6 months.

and FYI, call centers dont fire people everyday, people resign. call centers dont profit if they fire an employee, in fact they lose money if they do that. call centers invest money on new employess for training that normally takes about a month. then whats the logic in firing them after the training? unless they really did something terminable or if they deemed HRD made the mistake in passing incompetent employees.

Gosh, this joyce reyes is from eTel? I’ll be employed in that company by next week, i will have the chance to speak like her! How come she passed all those bloody exams from eTel. I’ll be damned, next week I’ll start turning into moron like her hahaha
