I read a study on the internet the other day that had some mixed emotions about call centers and outsourcing in the US, some companies are saying that they are affected, because the economy and others are saying that they are not affected, but most of them are badly affected. Most call centers and companies in the US are more interested in outsourcing to save money. i think it’s all bull shit !!! i think iran is the next best call center place or iraq would be good ? im in the u.s. and i just need to go fishing some were!!!!!

I think everyone’s affected by the economic crisis that most companies opt to outsource in other countries, I see nothing wrong with that though. If it would save the business, then they should go for it.
