I just want to inform you that india was, is and will be stay rock solid in this industry.
India call centers
There is some call centers offering every low prices to out source to India but I don’t think that many companies are going to work with them.
India is going to be dead in the next five years, all of the companies are going to move to the Philippines to work with a real call center.
