There is some call centers offering every low prices to out source to India but I don’t think that many companies are going to work with them.

India is going to be dead in the next five years, all of the companies are going to move to the Philippines to work with a real call center.

Big Call Centers - Feeling the Pain?

The big call centers are feeling the pain because allot of the major companies in the states are down sizing but the small call centers are still getting bigger!

This is some thing that I did not think about, when all the large call center’s are dropping accounts like fly’s the small call centers that have some type of advertising are slowing growing bit by bit. This is nothing major compared to the number of accounts or agents that the big call centers have but its playing there toll because there prices are about the same if they were to home source in the States. So now the smaller Philippine call centers are lowering there prices to compete with the prices of the big boys along with the call centers that are offering home sourcing, does this mean that the big boys are going to go down? I don’t think so, they will always be around because the demand will always be in need but you are going to see some of the smaller call centers in the Philippines growing over the next couple of months.

Now India, you are going to be done here very shortly the US, AU and the UK is done working with you, it’s only time until you will say, India what?

I read a study on the internet the other day that had some mixed emotions about call centers and outsourcing in the US, some companies are saying that they are affected, because the economy and others are saying that they are not affected, but most of them are badly affected. Most call centers and companies in the US are more interested in outsourcing to save money. But you still have some of the high strung Americans that want to keep jobs in the US to help the economy, but at the end of the day that is not going to help there or save you money.

Philippines call center on ABC

Here is a nice short video about the growth of the call center outsourcing in the Philippines that I really like.

I like the fact that they showed the Philippines more of a US look, with the way the agents looked and dressed, meaning that more Americanized then allot of the other countries. It made you think that when you are outsourcing, it’s like you are outsourcing to a company in the US.

The Philippines is about 100% just like the Us, yes you are going to run into people that don’t speak that much English at time but most of the time that all speak really good English. I was just at hooters with the my family and a friends and we both thought that it was better in the US coming to the quality and standards and even English was really good and yes I said hooters.

I don’t know why but allot of the contries and the new channels and bulding it as a strange thrid world country when its really not, you really have to be here to under and see why its just like the Us.


5 dollars an hour with FX outsourcing

I was just walking to the mall to get something to eat and I was thinking about the new package that we had just came out with that I’m pretty sure is the lowest cost most of the people out there searching for a call center to outsourcing to.

This is the way I did the mail, based off a 160 hours worked in a month 800 / 160 = 5 dollars a hour. I maid that much when I worked at taco bell!

I have had allot of companies call in and I tell them our prices and some say to high and that they could hire some one in the US for the same price to do the job but not now.

The price is so frecking low that its impossible to compete with Unique!

Now one thing to under stand is that you are not getting anything like lower quality of service if you pick this package, the only thing different is that you are not going to get as many features as some of the other packages.
