Because when we say outsourcing we don’t really mean call centers? I mean, c’mon, what’s the percentage of the contact center in the whole outsourcing pie? I don’t know. But, Indians are more talented. I’m sorry. I’m a Filipino, but, IT experts are, well, Indians. Yes, we, Filipino’s, can sound closer to the neutral accent, however, Indians knowledge of English structure can’t be question.
Top ten outsourcing countries in the world
Here’s an article that I found about the top countries in the world for outsourcing but not sure if its for real!
Here is the list
1.India
2.China
3.Malaysia
4.Philippines
5.Hungary
6.Czech Republic
7.Russia
8.South Africa
9.Mexico
10.Poland
I did not know allot of these countries where on this list and I would have thought that Philippines would have been number two at least but I guess with allot of the manufacturing going on that’s why.
I think that you are going to see the Philippines move up this list in the next couple of years because allot of countries are getting tired of the accents of other countries but the Philippines call centers seem to be improving year by year and with a huge American influence it will make it even bigger.
I have been looking at other countries that in the future could be a place that would be cheaper and better then the Philippines but at this time I don’t see anything that is popping up right now or any time soon, I still think the Philippines has the best of everything that you need for outsourcing or call center type work.
On a last note, Malaysia at number three is crazy I did not even know if was outsourcing let along to be the number three on the list, I did do some reading online and it even said that the Philippines was cheaper in cost then there to do business.

The list is not for call centers alone. Its the combination of outsourcing in a call center, IT services, consultancy, manufacturing, etc.
